Penn Yan Row Outboard (SF)

Penn Yan offered the 14ft (13ft-5in LOA) Row Outboard from 1941 – 1951. Built using striplank construction, this 150 pound round bottom boat reputedly rowed very easily and could be propelled with small outboard motors. The boat was built in 1948, and had been stored under a cottage on Keuka Lake for 40 years prior to its donation to FLBM. Our shop crew replaced several ribs and a section of planking, repaired sections of the gunwale, and refinished the hull.
