Owasco Canoe

The Penn Yan Boat Company began offering the Owasco model canoe in the 1920s, and continued to do so until the mid-1950s. The OCS model was listed in catalogs from the 1930 through 1945. (The "C" designation indicates a 17 ft long canoe, and the "S" signifies spruce trim.) The owner has placed this canoe on long term loan to the Museum.
