ATTENTION Classic Lightning Owners, Enthusiasts, and anyone else interested in learning the traditional method of finishing the deck on a Lightning and other boats.
Come join use for a hands on workshop where we plan to re-canvas the decks on three or four
classic/wood Lightning Class Sailboats, in the workshops of the Finger Lakes Boating Museum (FLBM) in Hammondsport NY over the weekend of March 31 to April 2, 2023.
The program is sponsored by the Museum along with the Classic Boats fleet of the International Lightning Class Association.
Tuition is just $200 for the weekend, proceeds are a charitable contribution to the efforts of the Museum.
Class group size is limited so sign up soon.
